Planned every year by PhD students<\/strong>, the PhD Students\u2019 Congress (CDD) is the opportunity for all PhD students of the Doctoral School Physics and Chemistry-Physics to reunite<\/strong>, discuss<\/strong>, and present their thesis work<\/strong> during a convivial event<\/strong> gathering participants among all 8 laboratories and institutes affiliated with the doctoral school<\/strong>, in Strasbourg with the Universit\u00e9 de Strasbourg and Mulhouse with the Universit\u00e9 de Haute-Alsace.<\/p>\n

Phd Student’s Congress – 2026 Edition<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Organized every year by PhD students for PhD students, the PhD Students\u2019 Congress<\/strong> is an opportunity for all students of the Doctoral School 182: Physics and Physical Chemistry<\/strong> to gather, discuss, and present their thesis work during a convivial event. The congress aims to represent all 8 laboratories and institutes<\/strong> affiliated with the doctoral school, in Strasbourg with the Universit\u00e9 de Strasbourg and in Mulhouse with the Universit\u00e9 de Haute-Alsace.<\/p>\n

The 2026 edition<\/strong> of the PhD Students\u2019 Congress will take place on Friday, March 20th 2026<\/strong> at the Coll\u00e8ge Doctoral Europ\u00e9en (CDE)<\/strong>, located at the Esplanade Campus in Strasbourg (46 Bd de la Victoire).<\/p>\n

\/!\\ All 1st year<\/strong> PhD students must attend the congress<\/strong> \/!\\<\/p>\n

Each PhD student is strongly encouraged to participate to this congress, by presenting their work either in the form of a poster or an oral presentation. This represents a great opportunity for their work to be discovered by the entire community, but also constitutes a good popularization and communication exercise as the audience will not be made of specialists.<\/p>\n
