{"id":3657,"date":"2018-03-08T11:33:50","date_gmt":"2018-03-08T10:33:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/edpcp.ipcms.fr\/?p=3657"},"modified":"2025-09-25T12:05:35","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T11:05:35","slug":"communication-to-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edpcp.ipcms.fr\/?p=3657&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Communication to Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><br \/>\n<span class=\"\">The PhD student must have presented in person at least one communication &#8211; oral or by poster &#8211; at a national or international congress or conference.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">The ED provides financial support, <strong>once during the thesis<\/strong>, <strong>up to 600 euros maximum\u00a0<\/strong> to teams whose doctoral students participate in a conference or a workshop, and present an <strong>oral communication or poster<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Procedure to be followed: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The PhD student <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>submits a financial request to the ED director<\/strong><\/span> by sending the request form duly filled in and signed, together with the program, the confirmation of participation with an oral communication or poster (to validate the relevance of the event and\/or the budget available for the year).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/edpcp.ipcms.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025_sept25-ED-182-Fiche_Subvention_Mobilite.doc\">Request form word<\/a> \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/edpcp.ipcms.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025_sept25-ED-182-Fiche_Subvention_Mobilite.pdf\">Request form pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The financial request is examined by the ED director: the ED secretariat inform the PhD student of the outcome of the request, and of the allocated amount.<\/p>\n<p>The student ask to his institute the fees advance.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of the financial proofs (bills and travel expenses) the institute will get in contact with the ED secretariat and confirm the PhD mobility.<\/p>\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ED will reimburse (only) to the institute.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">To get more information, please contact the manager of your research unit and the secretariat of the ED.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Do not forget that this support is only possible within the limit of the credits approved each year for this purpose by the ED.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-3657\" data-postid=\"3657\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-3657 themify_builder\">\n    <\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The PhD student must have presented in person at least one communication &#8211; oral or by poster &#8211; at a national or international congress or conference.
